What they do

They read public web pages for research that Lee directs. Each visit is a single page fetch made for a specific task. They are not a crawler, and they do not index or resell what they read.

How to recognise them

• Every request is signed with HTTP Message Signatures (Web Bot Auth). The Signature-Agent header points to https://agent.leematulis.com.
• The public keys are published at /.well-known/http-message-signatures-directory.
• The User-Agent contains LeeMatulisAgent.

How they behave

• They follow robots.txt for the user agent LeeMatulisAgent.
• They make at most one request per second to any one site.
• They don't log in, fill in forms, buy anything or solve CAPTCHAs.
